Terms & Conditions ibc003 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Entertainment Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and ibc003 ("Platform", "we", "ibc003") governing access to and use of the ibc003.asia website and all services provided through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the ibc003 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines that ibc003 may issue from time to time.

To register for and use ibc003's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. ibc003 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage membership.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to:

• Choosing a unique username and a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers).
• Providing an active, verifiable Malaysian phone number.
• Providing a valid email address when required.
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful at all times.

You are solely responsible for keeping your ibc003 account login credentials (username and password) confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, and you bear full responsibility for it. Please contact the ibc003 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Ibc003 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian members:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported banks

Deposit conditions: The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. There is no set limit on the number of daily deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your ibc003 account within a few seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the method used.

Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. ibc003 is committed to processing withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets within 3–5 minutes automatically for standard requests. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (a re-deposit or special arrangement is required if they differ). ibc003 reserves the right to request additional identity verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

All financial transactions on ibc003 are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. ibc003 does not store your full bank card or e-wallet account information on our servers — all payment processing is handled through secure, certified payment gateways.

Ibc003 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each offer. The general terms applicable to all ibc003 bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover / Wagering Requirement: Every bonus received must meet the rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover ranges from 15x to 25x depending on the bonus type. • For Live Casino games, the result declared by the dealer is final. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with customer support within 24 hours of the game in question.
• Ibc003 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any member without providing a specific reason, including but not limited to situations where a member is deemed to hold an unfair advantage over the platform.

The use of any third-party software, automated bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised means to gain an advantage in betting is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between ibc003 and you as a member. ibc003 provides industry-standard security infrastructure, but there are steps you must take to protect your account:

• Never share your ibc003 account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a unique password for your ibc003 account – do not reuse passwords from other platforms or services.
• Log out of your ibc003 account after every session, especially when using a shared device or public WiFi network.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the platform for an added layer of security.
• Notify ibc003 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account via live chat or email at support@ibc003.asia.

Ibc003 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Owning multiple accounts or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with ibc003.
• Unwarranted deposit chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Misuse of ibc003's bonus or promotion system.
• Use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards any member of the ibc003 team.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ibc003 customer support. Any valid account balance (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled rollover requirements) will be returned to the original deposit method within 5–7 business days.

The ibc003 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ibc003 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions.

Ibc003 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from betting and gaming activity on the platform – these are risks voluntarily accepted by the member.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ibc003's control, such as internet outages, e-wallet issues, or third-party technical failures.
• Any errors or delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Content on third-party websites that may be linked from the ibc003 platform.

Ibc003 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to business requirements, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. Members will be notified of material changes through:

• Email to the member's registered email address (where applicable).
• A prominent notice on the ibc003 platform when members log in.
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page are recorded with the latest revision date noted.

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current conditions. Continued use of the ibc003 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
